We bought the FS1511K to store our Parish documents while our main church was in the hands of contractors for extension and refurbishment. I can confirm that the safe was exactly as described and there were no issues. The installation was flawless with the installation crew being really helpful and considerate as well as being very efficient. We did need some additional keys and the customer service people were very quick to supply the blanks and suggest a locksmith in our area. After a couple of months of very regular use no problems have been revealed. I would recommend both the product and company.
